Today is the catholic holiday of Candlemas involving a feast to commemorate the purification of the Virgin Mary and presentation of baby Jesus. You are also supposed to make crepes and flip them in the air while holding a coin in one hand. I didn’t try this because I didn’t trust myself without my favorite crepe expert, Bailey, by my side.
