It is in my blood to love this holiday. However It is still bizarre not to be dancing all around the twin cities to celebrate. This year was full of different kinds of celebrations. We had our first game of the season against MIT! I also made irish soda bread for the first time by myself (with a little help over the phone from my mom). Brandeis also had Relay for Life and I participated for a little bit. It is also alumni weekend for Tron and Banshee so we had an alumni party which was quite fun! Overall it was a busy day, but not the same type of busyness I grew up with. It was still green and full of the luck of the irish!
