Today was National Marzipan Day. I attempted to find some at a local bakery but they didn’t know what I was talking about. Instead I made some. It was a very easy recipe. The idea is that you can play with and mold it into anything you want. The extent of my creativity is displayed above as I couldn’t get a swing in a tree to work. I think I will leave this to the professionals in the future.
