Lollipops have been around since prehistoric times, but George Smith (a small candy store owner) coined the popular name in the 1900s after his favorite racehorse Lolly Pop.
I went to see Rhythmic Circus with a bunch of friends and we forgot to eat them during intermission so a few of us ate them on the way home!
